Lesson payments
- Group programs consist of +/- 12 lessons
- Private programs will consist of 10 lessons
- Payments must be made in advance
Lesson cancelations
- Cancellation of a lesson should be informed to the coach at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancelled group lessons will not be re-scheduled or reimbursed. Private lessons can be re-scheduled in mutual agreement with the coach.
- Subsequent cancellations will be charged in full, including cancellations due to failure of booking the facility.
- * Professional Sport Services will only reimburse one lesson per program which needs to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
Public holidays
Re-scheduling for public holidays is possible by either party upon reasonable notice.
